What you'll do:
- Develop and refine concepts into producible series, leading scripting and casting.
- Organize production logistics, lead crews, and direct on set.
- Drive post-production and deliver finished episodes optimized for each platform.

- Comfortable owning the full production pipeline with minimal hand-holding.
- Tapped into internet culture and passionate about content for underserved audiences.
Compensation:
- $6,000–$10,000 per month, paid project by project.
- Remote role with on-location shoots and preference for NY, Toronto, or LA.
