About the role:
- You serve as the Head of Studio's operating partner, turning creative direction into shipped shows.
- You manage Producers and oversee every show's budget, schedule, and quality from greenlight to release.
- You build and refine the studio's operating system and production workflows.
What you'll do:
- Run slate reviews, catch risks early, and step in when productions hit trouble.
- Hire, staff, and manage freelance Producers and crews, deciding resource allocation across shows.
- Own studio budgets, delivery, clearances, and insurance while partnering with Audience Growth.
Who you are:
- You have 8+ years in video production management, overseeing multiple productions simultaneously.
- You bring calm judgment when plans change and experience building production systems.
- You are curious about new tools, have strong taste in culture, and are energized by building from scratch.
