Job Description
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is seeking a Support Services Project Manager to provide day-to-day project management support. This role involves creating and publishing project documentation, including status reports, schedules, plans, and risk assessments. The Project Manager will plan for resource utilization, meet with management and users to understand project goals, and track project milestones and deliverables. This role also includes providing detailed software/hardware maintenance documentation, acting as a liaison between OTS and in-scope agencies, and creating end-user documentation and training materials. Technical knowledge transfer to OTS and DPS-LSP staff is also a key responsibility.
