Agent Systems Engineer

The Role:

• Build agent systems that turn customer goals into reliable multi-step execution across real tools and services.
• Work on agents that operate under real constraints like incomplete information, external failures, and limited budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Design agent architectures for planning, reasoning, tool use, memory, and integration with external systems.
• Improve reliability on long-running tasks, including failure recovery and building loops for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years building production ML or backend systems, including LLM or agent applications from prototype to production.
• Strong understanding of agent design and experience with evaluation systems and observability.
