About the Role:

  • Serve as the technical backbone and primary authority for the client's backend ecosystem.
  • Shape technical strategy and architect highly available backend services.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence across nearshore PODs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural direction, system design, and technical governance.
  • Build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Conduct rigorous technical interviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of backend development experience with 3+ years as a Lead Engineer or Architect.
  • Expert mastery of C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, SQL Server, GCP, Docker, and Git.
  • Advanced English with strong client-facing presence.
