Key Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance backend applications using Golang. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers throughout the development lifecycle. Lead engineering projects from ideation to launch, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security by following best practices in cloud-based architectures. Act as a technical mentor to other engineers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and knowledge sharing. Contribute to the evolution of the tech stack and engineering culture. Maintain CI/CD pipelines and monitor performance in production environments. Communicate technical ideas clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Help shape engineering strategy and advocate for continuous improvement and innovation.
