Job Description
Develop and execute the Enterprise Analytics team’s annual objectives and roadmap, maintaining alignment with Sales and RevOps strategy. Analyze market/industry trends, emerging technologies, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform strategic direction. Serve as the primary analytics partner to Sales and Customer Success while ensuring alignment with Marketing. Proactively identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve top line results for 1Password. Cultivate trusted relationships with key cross-functional peers and teams, aligning objectives and initiatives to drive collective outcomes. Establish and manage the function’s key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with overall Analytics objectives. Oversee performance tracking, hold teams accountable, and lead initiatives to optimize results, ensuring KPIs drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions. Build and lead a high-performing team and coach and mentor direct reports.
