Responsibilities:
- Execute hands-on design for mobile, web, and internal tools, maintaining scalable Figma systems and creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Rapidly iterate on product requirements, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and accelerate design processes.
Collaboration & Contribution:
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and strong UX consistency across the product.
- Work closely with leadership and product managers in an iterative development process, fostering a user-centered design culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Requires 7+ years of product design experience for SaaS or operational platforms, with expert Figma proficiency and a portfolio demonstrating UX impact.
- Must have a strong understanding of front-end principles, experience building design systems, and ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
- Ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has a curiosity for emerging technologies, with real estate industry experience as a strong plus.
