Senior Applied Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role:

• Own production ML models for churn, retention, account health, and segmentation.
• Turn analytical insights into production-ready changes in Go.
• Build automated evaluation and monitoring systems.

Key Accountabilities:

• Optimize model performance using structured customer and product usage data.
• Use time-based backtesting and fixed test sets to prevent data leakage.
• Investigate prediction errors and improve data quality.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of applied ML experience with production systems.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to integrate models into Go code.
• Experience with model evaluation, error analysis, and product engineering.
