Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end data migration execution from discovery through cutover and validation.
  • Lead client-facing data discovery and data mapping sessions to define and set transformation rules.
  • Create technical documentation including data mapping specs and validation plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data management, data migration, or conversion roles.
  • Strong Python experience with heavy use of the Pandas library.
  • Client-facing experience leading data kickoff and mapping sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ETL concepts, data pipelines, or data orchestration tools.
  • Experience with automated data validation or testing approaches.
  • Broader engineering exposure (basic familiarity with Java or Go)
