Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end data migration execution from discovery through cutover and validation.
- Lead client-facing data discovery and data mapping sessions to define and set transformation rules.
- Create technical documentation including data mapping specs and validation plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data management, data migration, or conversion roles.
- Strong Python experience with heavy use of the Pandas library.
- Client-facing experience leading data kickoff and mapping sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ETL concepts, data pipelines, or data orchestration tools.
- Experience with automated data validation or testing approaches.
- Broader engineering exposure (basic familiarity with Java or Go)
