Publishing Manager

The Publishing Manager will be responsible for the strategic development of journals, monitoring performance throughout the publication process, and ensuring speed and efficiency. This includes launching new journals and managing existing ones. A strong customer care focus is required to ensure a perfect experience for scholars interacting with Academia.edu journals as authors, reviewers, or editors. Specific responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, facilitating manuscripts through an online portal, performing manuscript checks for compliance, monitoring the peer review process, building relationships with the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board Members, promoting the journals, and collaborating with internal teams.
