Job Description

Daily monitoring of the production environment is crucial, along with incident, problem, and change management. The role includes setup and maintenance of the test environment, ensuring thorough testing of new product versions. Generating internal reports is a key task, as is customer contact via phone or mail in both German and English. Documentation, including manuals and a knowledgebase, will be maintained, and participation in weekly internal conference calls is required. Service time is Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 CET.
