Staff Psychiatrist - Outpatient / Telehealth

Patient Care:

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management to diverse patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and conduct comprehensive intake evaluations.
• Maintain a consistent caseload of about 50 patients per week with high-quality follow-up.

Clinical Collaboration & Development:

• Offer guidance to peers and supervisors and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Engage in continuous learning through internal resources, UpToDate, Relias, and more.
• Grow into supervisory or leadership roles and contribute to quality improvement projects.
