Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at 0x, your mission involves contributing to projects as an individual and leading technical initiatives of moderate to high complexity. Provide valuable insights as a peer when reviewing designs and performing code reviews. The role requires creating high-quality, secure, and clean code, improving software building and delivery processes, and consistently shipping. Additionally, coaching and mentoring other engineers to enhance the team's overall skill level is a key responsibility. Empathizing with customers and users is also important. The requirements include being a software engineer with 7+ years of experience in solving complex distributed computing problems and being a generalist capable of designing and building systems from the ground up. This includes experience with relational or key-value data stores, distributed event-driven architectures, cloud-based deployment (preferably AWS), external-facing REST/HTTP APIs, and monitoring dashboards (preferably Grafana). Additionally, you must provide business value. A passion for DeFi and its potential to improve people's lives is essential.
