- Lead AI-native engineering transformation and adoption of micro-sprint methodologies, agentic capacity management, and AI-informed delivery decisions.
- Build and scale a 50+ engineer organization through directors and managers, developing leadership and performance management disciplines.
- Set technical vision, champion CI/CD, observability, and test automation practices on GCP for measurable quality improvement.
Desired Outcomes:
- Achieve developer throughput and predictability with PR throughput at industry p75 and trending to p90, and measurable quarter-over-quarter improvement in Developer Experience Index.
- Ensure engineering quality with defect rate below p75 benchmark, high/critical incident rate below 10 per month, and 100% incident resolution SLA attainment.
- Drive test automation coverage to 80%+ and achieve 40%+ of engineering delivery decisions AI-assisted within 12 months, with positive NPS and CSAT scores for strategic accounts.
