- Develop imaging products for end-users from Muon's infrared imaging missions, spanning both FireSat IOC and SBEM.
- Research, design, and implement scalable algorithms for image mosaicking, orthorectification, and radiometric normalization.
- Act as product owner for critical customer-facing imagery products and author design documents.
Qualifications:
- PhD with 3+ years experience, MS +6, or BS +8 in relevant field.
- 5+ years building geospatial data products from remote sensing data.
- Hands-on experience with image mosaicking, orthorectification, and Python development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multispectral or infrared satellite imagery.
- Domain expertise in meteorology, wildfire monitoring, or environmental remote sensing.
- Familiarity with cloud-native geospatial systems and AWS.
Compensation:
- Salary range $138,000-$198,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
