About the Role:
- Build and deploy machine learning and experimentation systems.
- Improve how users discover and engage with offers.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with ML and Data Engineers to productionize models.
- Improve and iterate on ranking/recommendation systems.
- Contribute to attribution and measurement systems.
Desired Skills:
- Strong experience with recommendation systems, ranking models, or personalization.
- Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation.
- Experience working with event-driven or transaction-level data.
