As Kard’s Measurement Lead, you’ll own and evolve how Kard showcases the impact of the work to both merchant and issuer partners by designing and executing experiments, creating attribution and incrementality models, and providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders and external clients.

As a Staff Data Scientist at Kard, you’ll lead development of advanced personalization, optimization, and measurement systems at the heart of our platform. You will apply deep expertise in statistical modeling, experimentation, and machine learning to improve loyalty campaign performance and user experience. This impactful role spans experimentation frameworks, causal inference, and applied ML, contributing to both platform capabilities and strategic decisions.
