Job Description
Provides Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT regulated clients, with substance abuse case-management services including supportive consultation, guidance and referral assistance to individuals testing positive during routine or random drug and alcohol screenings. Oversees employees’ compliance with all requirements resulting from a positive drug test. Provides coordination and liaison for agencies and resources. Provides crisis intervention services and linkage to resources for the appropriate level of care, including community resources. Provides education to callers regarding EAP benefits, including vendor resources, and website features. All other duties as assigned.
