Director Analytics (Media)

As a senior member of the Redbox team, the Director closely partners with the Group Director in reviewing project briefs. You act as the planning horsepower behind current and prospective client strategic problems. Direct strategic discussions with clients to help define objectives, target customers & opportunity sizing, communication channels, optimal budget allocations and investment levels. You will develop strong relationships with clients built on trust and expertise all while advising clients on best practices and any evolving trends. You will transform data into engaging visuals and compelling stories. Bring data and research to life for clients choosing the best visuals and mediums to deliver the message. You will be the expert in senior client meetings guiding the discussion, presenting findings and recommendations, and simplifying advanced analytics. Focus is on a quality XM product, adhering to XM’s high standards. Mentor team members and provide training. You are a Leader and Instill values of teamwork and committed to training of current team.
