Associate Creative Director

This role involves developing high-quality art and presentations for film, television and streaming projects, leading Tier 3 projects with the oversight of a Creative Director and assisting with Tier 1 projects. Responsibilities include attending client kickoff calls, interpreting client briefs, and providing clear direction to the team, offering insights during ideation, and guiding the creative team to meet deadlines and standards. The role requires managing photo shoots, collaborating with photographers, and making wardrobe recommendations. Also requires conceptualizing and executing original key art comps for film, television, and gaming projects, managing client presentations, and mentoring the creative team on active campaigns. The position requires extensive experience in creating key art and presentations, advanced understanding of design principles, proficiency in the creative process, leadership skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
