Responsibilities:
- Generating custom AI avatar videos (talking-head) for product explainers, ads, and social content
- Short-form edits (Reels/Shorts/TikTok/LinkedIn) and long-form (YouTube-style)
- Motion graphics: Marketing, Product launches, Demo videos, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong video editing skills with tight pacing and high retention instincts
- Motion design capability (text animation, callouts, basic compositing)
- Prior experience in generating custom AI avatar videos
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Figma
- Making paper cuts out of long-form videos
- Knowledge of performance creatives
