Merchandising Manager (m/w/d) Deutschland Retail

You transform sales areas into brand experiences. As a Merchandising Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind the perfect appearance of our products at the point of sale. You know every centimeter of our counters, control assembly and modifications with precision and ensure that everything fits - visually, logistically and in conformity with the brand. Whether it's a new opening, a change of assortment or a seasonal conversion: you think along, plan ahead and tackle the job. With your eye for detail, your understanding of trade structures and your feel for beauty trends in the food retail sector and drugstores, you develop sales areas that have an impact - and always stay close to the brand, the market and people. Your main tasks include POS Management & merchandise availability, implementation and support of our brand areas at the POS: counters, shelf overlays, special placements, placement of products according to planogram and current marketing specifications, regular control and stocking of the counters, and execution of follow-up orders. In addition, you will coordinate new stock for new product launches, seasonal changes and assortment changes. Further tasks are the planning, control and operational management of merchandising agencies and service providers for rollouts, conversions and day-to-day business, you will request offers and negotiate with counter builders, logistics partners and agencies, and communicate with branch managers and market staff for on-site implementation.
