About the Role:
- Shape credit product and risk decision-making by delivering data-driven insights.
- Operate with high independence and proactively uncover meaningful patterns in lending data.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze lending product performance using advanced analytics and identify trends.
- Monitor and optimize credit risk KPIs while supporting business growth.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to guide product strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years as a credit-focused analyst or data scientist at a fintech or bank.
- Expert SQL proficiency and experience with complex data warehouse relationships.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
