This role focuses on improving the developer experience by providing automation, reducing friction, and creating a pleasurable engineering environment, working as a backend engineer with exposure to Cloud technologies, tooling, and Agile methodologies, while mentoring other engineers and demonstrating leadershipqualities.

As an Engineering Manager at Tide, you will design, create, and run the rich product catalogue of your area, tackling interesting problems. You'll take ownership of engineering practices and architectural decisions, working in full-stack teams and contributing to the Community of Practice. You'll lead engineers, aligning your vision with other Staff Engineers, and translate requirements into well-engineered solutions, making key contributions to our Community of Practice.
