Responsibilities:
- Monitor inbound and outbound file transmissions, feeder files, batch jobs, and interface processing activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Validate file completeness, record counts, naming conventions, and transmission requirements.
- Perform reconciliations and investigate failed, delayed, or corrupted transmissions.
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance and Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years supporting data transmissions, file-based integrations, or enterprise application support.
- Strong understanding of file processing, batch jobs, and reconciliation techniques.
