Essential Functions:
- Perform system performance analysis and evaluate test data needs for pre-production verification.
- Develop and maintain system of record artifacts for management awareness.
- Identify and disposition risk assessment functions as per approved standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, or related discipline; 3-5 years experience with business requirements management.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CD/CI; ability to obtain security clearance.
- Desired: Familiarity with COTS/GOTS systems, Health IT policies, and risk-based testing.
