As Director of IT, Internal Audit, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Legal Officer in executing the audit strategy and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Internal Audit function, with primary focus on SOX for IT systems and automated business processes. You'll lead execution of IT SOX, harmonize and optimize SOX IT and automated key controls, assess cybersecurity measures, and build audit function infrastructure.
