Essential Functions:

  • Provide non-functional requirements analysis using systems engineering principles.
  • Develop and maintain System of record artifacts for management and leadership.
  • Identify and review non-functional requirements related to information models and data formats.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance.
  • 2-3 years experience in business requirements management.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with COTS/GOTS systems and Health IT policies.
  • Experience with risk-based testing methodologies.
  • CAPM and CSM certifications preferred.
