Responsibilities:
- Review incidents to assess urgency and escalate if necessary.
- Recognize attacker tactics and procedures to improve monitoring and incident response.
- Document incident responses with detailed root cause and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience managing cases/incidents and robust problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in threat management analysis, scripting languages, and technical terminology.
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Information Security Certification, preferred: GSEC Security+ GIAC
- Azure Sentinel and CrowdStrike experience
