BI Developer

The BI Developer that is detail-oriented and analytically driven will support the enterprise through reporting and data analysis efforts using various platforms including Medecision Aerial, Mevision, Quickcap, among others. This role is responsible for delivering insights through dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc analyses that support operational, clinical, care management and population health programs, including Wellness, Chronic Care Management (CCM), Managed Behavioral Health and EAP. The individual will also contribute to system administration tasks and perform basic maintenance of existing data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and availability across internal systems. Design, develop, and deliver standard and ad hoc reports using operational platforms including Medecision Aerial, Quickcap and others. Analyze program utilization, member engagement, and care outcomes to support business decisions. Translate business requirements into actionable insights through visualizations and data summaries. Build and maintain dashboards for internal users and stakeholders using Quickcap, Medecision Aerial and other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Support light system administration for Quickcap, Medecision Aerial and related reporting environments, including managing user access, permissions, and configuration updates. Work closely with care management, compliance, clinical and operations teams to support program reporting needs. Provide training and support to end users on accessing and interpreting reports. Collaborate with the CTO and technology team on reporting roadmap and priorities.
