Quality control and storage of medicines – supervision of storage conditions and labeling of medicines. Communication with customers and authorities – providing expert information, resolving queries and complaints. Compliance with legislation – working according to the principles of Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and keeping the relevant documentation. Cooperation with the quality department – active participation in maintaining the quality management system. Checking the correctness of orders before sending.
