Financial Controller

Take ownership of Kyra’s finance function as we prepare for continued growth and a future exit. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end financial processes across multi-market (UK/US) operations, ensuring compliance, and building scalable systems. Own end-to-end finance operations, including management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Build and maintain strong controls and processes across UK/US entities. Manage compliance, tax, and audit processes, working with external advisors as needed. Oversee transactional finance (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations), supported by junior team members. Partner with leadership to provide financial insight for strategic decision-making, fundraising, and growth initiatives. Drive automation and efficiency in finance systems and reporting. Support due diligence and readiness for fundraising / exit scenarios.
