Data Analytics Manager

As a part of the Data Analytics function at Cribl, you will lead a team of data professionals dedicated to supporting our Revenue, Marketing, and Finance teams. You will oversee the business intelligence system, data analysis, and data strategy, playing a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making and fostering a culture of analytics excellence. Your ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution will be critical to empower stakeholders across the organization to achieve their goals through actionable insights! Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Prioritize ad-hoc and planned cross-functional work, execute on planning through creation of a roadmap, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytics work by allocating resources effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs. Scale our data technology stack by managing data sets into our data warehouse, creating meaningful data transformations, and making data available in our BI tool.
