Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer

Design and deliver MindGym's company-wide data platform and strategy as a Senior Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer, a senior, autonomous role ideal for an experienced data professional. Take charge of the AWS and Snowflake environment and work directly with teams across Commercial, Finance, and Operations to unlock better, faster decisions through data. Own the end-to-end data infrastructure, from architecture to delivery. You will design and maintain robust, automated ETL/ELT pipelines, manage the Snowflake warehouse and AWS S3 data lake, build internal-facing reporting tools (e.g., Streamlit) that make data accessible, and define and enforce data governance and security best practices. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data aligns with real business needs using tools like Terraform, dbt, GitHub Actions, and Python in a modern, cloud-native environment.
