Plan and execute engaging webinars and customer events (virtual and in-person) that strengthen relationships, promote peer learning, and highlight impactful email marketing strategies. Develop and manage advocacy programs that turn satisfied customers into active brand ambassadors through case studies, testimonials, and community engagement initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify friction points, align on key messaging, and develop educational resources that improve the overall customer experience. Measure and refine communication strategies by analyzing engagement metrics, gathering customer feedback, and implementing insights to continuously improve content performance and customer satisfaction.
