- Set strategic vision for the Enterprise Analytics team in partnership with internal teams.
- Oversee the evolution of organizational measurement, reporting, and insight sharing.
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure strong team performance.
- Coach non-technical colleagues and foster cross-functional relationships.
- Manage staffing and workload distribution as the team grows.
- Interview candidates, conduct performance reviews, and address performance to grow team.
