Software Engineering Manager

Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring daily progress, alignment, and delivery quality. Ensure consistency in coding standards, documentation, observability, and CI/CD pipelines across all automation projects. Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation projects — from development to testing, deployment, and production handoff. Collaborate with Strategic Analytics leadership and business units to translate AI/automation concepts into executable technical designs. Contribute and promote evolving best standards and practices. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or data integration, with at least 1 year in a management or lead role. Proven experience working with offshore development teams and managing distributed delivery models is required. A strong technical foundation in Python, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, CI/CD, and APIs/microservices is needed.
