Deployment Operations Manager

As a Deployment Operations Manager at Bungie, you will coordinate, schedule, and perform release and deployment activities for our production environments. You’ll work with a team of highly experienced service engineers and release managers to continuously improve and evolve our technology infrastructure to ensure Bungie remains at the pinnacle as an entertainment company. The responsibilities include coordinating deployment activities, deploying new services, identifying and resolving issues, collaborating with teams, monitoring progress, investigating root causes, ensuring adherence to timelines, developing deployment strategies, troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining documentation, and participating in on-call rotations.
