About the Role:
- Provide outpatient counseling services to adults as a Licensed Therapist.
- Work remotely with flexibility for limited hybrid appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions and document appropriately.
- Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans using CBT, DBT, and other modalities.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Current full licensure as LCSW or LPC in Texas.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
