What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of professional video production and post-production experience.
- Expert-level editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut, with strong color and audio finishing.
- Genuine YouTube expertise, systems thinking, and comfort directing non-performers.
