Engineering Manager

As we continue to expand, we need to add an additional Engineering Manager. This role reports to our VP of Engineering. As an Engineering Manager at Prismatic, you'll lead the work on features that impact thousands of customers globally, shaping how integrations are built. You'll lead and grow a high-velocity team and culture. Prismatic is built primarily in TypeScript, using Python and Django on the backend and React on the frontend. You'll participate in technical decision-making and planning while helping our engineering team grow their capabilities. You'll manage a team of experienced software engineers and help them do their best work. You'll drive technical architecture decisions and code quality standards across multiple product areas. You'll define and track engineering velocity metrics while keeping quality high. You'll write project planning docs and partner with Product Management on roadmaps. You'll work closely with Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams so we build what customers actually need. You'll hire great engineers and build a high-trust, high-autonomy team culture. You'll give regular, honest feedback on performance and help people level up.
