Fund Services Associate

As a Fund Services Associate on the Banking team, you will play a critical role in supporting banking transactions for Belltower’s fund administration clients. This role reports to the Fund Services Banking Manager. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and process-minded individual who can help deliver a seamless experience for our GPs and LPs behind the scenes. Banking transactions at Belltower require tight coordination across multiple systems and teams - including legal, compliance, other operational service lines, and customer relations. You will be responsible for executing workflows under time-sensitive deadlines and leading initiatives that improve the agility and precision of our banking operations. You will: Review transaction details and documentation for accuracy and compliance Drive money movements by coordinating with internal teams and banking partners Set up and manage transaction details to facilitate timely fund flows Support clients with general banking-related inquiries Manage team inbox on a daily basis Maintain and enhance a centralized repository of banking playbooks Project manage process improvement efforts to increase workflow efficiency and accuracy
