Senior Data Scientist - Clearance Required

Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced analytics using Python, SQL, and Spark within Databricks to support the DHA RevOS initiative.
• Create Databricks SQL and AI/BI dashboards providing operational and executive visibility into revenue-cycle performance.
• Build predictive models and detection logic for revenue leakage, coding errors, denied claims, and underpayments.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics with strong Databricks proficiency.
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL, with experience in PySpark and distributed computing.
• Demonstrated ability to design dashboards and develop KPIs that reconcile to authoritative data sources.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work with Advana or DoD Databricks environments, including Databricks Unity Catalog and MLflow.
• Healthcare revenue-cycle experience, including coding, claims, denials, and payer transactions.
• Familiarity with federal financial management, audit remediation, or explainable AI in regulated environments.
