Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of critical user-facing features and backend services.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects from initial ideation through deployment and post-launch.
- Mentor engineers and drive technical strategy, making pragmatic tradeoffs between scalability and business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of shipping high-impact products.
- Deep expertise in iOS or Android with cross-platform experience (Flutter preferred).
- Strong system design, data structures, and algorithms proficiency with a product mindset.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with cross-platform mobile development (Flutter).
- Strong AI-assisted mobile development workflows.
- Experience implementing end-to-end CI/CD for mobile applications.
Location & Compensation:
- Remote (U.S.-based) or Hybrid in New York office.
- Base salary range $160k - $195k per year depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
