Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial models for monthly forecasts, budget updates, and scenario analyses.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business and scientific dynamics into financial implications.
- Support quarterly close processes including variance analysis and financial reviews.
Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with R&D and portfolio strategy teams to track scientific priorities and spend drivers.
- Support operational planning, budget, and headcount modeling with People and Operations teams.
- Work with data and engineering teams on reporting tooling and financial data pipelines.
Qualifications & Fit:
- 7+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in FP&A or financial analysis roles.
- Exceptional analytical rigor and comfort with complex modeling in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about the science behind the numbers and a mission-aligned drive to contribute to drug discovery.
