Analytics Developer II

As an Analytics Developer at Pattern Data, you will play a pivotal role in creating sophisticated data models, reports and dashboards, that drive both internal operations and client-facing solutions. You’ll design scalable, impactful analytics, providing valuable insights for business needs and decision making. You will leverage Pattern’s calculation tools to classify claimants and employ valuation criteria, including settlement allocation guidelines, to determine the values assigned to each claimant and dockets. You will also develop sophisticated data models using LookML to enable complex analytics and reporting, and create internal reports and dashboards that guide Pattern’s internal operations and decisions. Building embedded, client facing reports and dashboards that are deployed as a part of the Pattern platform; you will Design and implement scalable solutions for internal and client-facing reports and dashboards, ensuring they provide valuable insights and meet performance requirements. Mentoring junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, data analysis techniques, and tool usage; collaborate cross-functionally with lens implementation, engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
