Senior Software Engineer (ChatRWD)

We’re looking for a Senior SWE to join the team building ChatRWD! Our product empowers clinicians and researchers to generate high-quality Real World Evidence in minutes. A successful teammate will be someone who has contributed to building robust backend systems for complex products. You’ll be working with the team to improve the various technical underpinnings of ChatRWD; specifically, you’ll help us build and refine the services and pipelines that translate free-text medical questions into statistically validated clinical research. You’ll implement robust Python systems, contribute to decisions on data models, application architecture, and API structures, implement new services, refactor existing pipelines, debug complex clinical-data issues, and augment product reliability through improvements to testing and observability. Bolstering company engineering culture by participating in code reviews, product demos, and ideation sessions, in addition to collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Clinical teams to deliver a reliable experience to end users.
