Job Description
As a Field Application Scientist, you will engage with customers daily, delivering system usage trainings at their sites and providing support across your region. You'll be a key contact, working with Technical Support, to address issues and maintain customer relationships, ensuring rapid adoption and customer success. You will keep customers informed about advancements in 10x technology, coordinate trainings, and identify/communicate customer issues to management. You will also scientifically partner with customers, cultivate relationships, and gather feedback for Marketing and Product Development teams. Support includes troubleshooting technical skills, biochemistry, experimental design, software, and instruments, while also participating in trade shows and seminars.
