Job Description
Senior Consultants work with our customers to solve their business challenges through the design and deployment of Cybersecurity solutions. Working in the Consulting Practice, a Senior Consultant is responsible for fulfilling the deliverables in a given statement of work and ensuring that the customers’ expectations are met or exceeded in every engagement. A Senior Consultant is also responsible for reviewing the customer deliverables and involved in customer presales activities.
Be accountable for deliverables within the Statement of Work including design and implementation. Review customer project deliverables and provide timely feedback to project team. Provide input and time estimation for Statements of Work. Attend customer pre-sales meetings and/or provide technology demonstrations. Work alongside the Secure Native PMO to determine work tasks, priorities and schedules. Identify potential customer problems and suggest solutions. Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring of customer technical staff and colleagues as required. Identify pre-sales opportunities during the course of the engagement.
